Custard Tart

The custard tarts are deep, soft, still warm from the oven. We just bought them from a stall down the road. We take them from their ruffled paper cake-cups, bite in to them, slowly, carefully. The pastry crumbles. The custard is sweet and creamy. We eat them up in five bites.
